This helicopter has a 190 HP Lycoming Engine and had a fresh annual on 11-1-2023. The helicopter has always been hangered and mostly used on a South Texas Ranch for game management. This is known to be the lowest total time Schweizer 300 helicopter for sale in the entire US.

Hughes / Schweizer 300 Series:
This model was created in 1955 at Hughes Helicopters. The first flight was Oct. 2 1956. It was the first three-bladed, fully articulated main rotor system. It was the primary helipcopter used for military training.

Bought new by a wealthy Mexican National to use as a crop duster on his Ranch in Mexico.
This plan did not work out and after 21 hours Total Time, he decided to sell it. It was then purchased by the Ramsey Ranch of Pearsall, Texas where it has been Hangered since 1994.
